Easter

Easter was so much fun for all of us this year. Ainsley got to wear a dress that my MIL made and looked very cute. Yesterday, our neighborhood sponsored an egg hunt - there were a ton of kids there. Luckily, they separated out the kids by age groups so Ainsley wasn't trampled by the older kids. She figured out what she was supposed to do very quickly- we helped her with the first egg and put it in her bag, then she got all the others on her own. She enjoyed seeing the other kids too- that was almost as much fun. Ainsley was very excited when she realized the eggs had stuff inside and she started shaking them, then opening them.

On a mission.

Ainsley had so much fun hunting the easter eggs that we hid them around the house on Easter Sunday and let her hunt them again. They were empty this time- to Ainsley's disappointment, but she still had a lot of fun.

This is our friend Ela. She and Ainsley have been getting together once a week to play. Ela was very happy to see Ainsley at the egg hunt and kept giving her hugs and kisses.
