Ben- 1 week old

Celene flew in from Puerto Rico over the weekend for a nice visit! We were excited to see her. Sara came up for the day on Sunday so we had all the Hadley girls together!

Ben has continued to do well. He seems to be a very content little guy!
He nurses well and sleeps most of the time. He continues to nurse every 3 hours. He is up for about 2 hours a day and is very content during that time. His umbilical cord fell off on Saturday- when he was 5 days old.

First Bath

Ben still seems really tiny to all of us. He kept his legs tucked up tight to his body for the first week- making all of his clothes too big, even the newborn stuff. I would put him in an outfit and come back to find the sleeves and legs empty- his arms and legs were tucked in close to his body. The clothes looked so funny! I actually had to go buy some newborn stuff for him as everything else was too big, even some of the newborn outfits. He is starting to stretch out his arms and legs now- learning he is not restricted anymore!

Ainsley had several great daddy dates last week since Daddy was not working. This is when they went to the park to feed the ducks and swans. The weather was much better and warmer then!

Ainsley got a beautiful dress from Grandma for her birthday- it has a matching dollie dress too.

Celene gave Ainsley a tutu- which she wants to wear ALL the time, even when it is only 20 degrees. She gets dance in school- she looks so pretty dancing in her tutu!
