Puerto Rico Trip

Ainsley as she arrived at the beach. She is such a beach bunny- her glasses, bag, and fancy shoes. It was so cute! I was already at the beach with Celene- Ainsley and Dan came to join us.

Downtown San Juan- unhappy Ainsley that we bribed with mallorca.
Dancing at the reception. There was a band- Ainsley had a blast dancing. She stayed up until 10:30 which is amazing for her. She was so cute and fun to watch.

The church- build in the 1500s- very beautiful!

Rehearsal dinner- they had a salsa dance instructor team there.

Ainsley and Grandma

On Oct 20th we left for Puerto Rico. Celene's wedding was on the 23rd and we made a family vacation out of the trip, so we stayed for a week. We had a fantastic trip!

The travel time was long, but overall went ok. The resort we stayed at was fantastic- very nice grounds with lots of pools, a great lagoon and beach area and lots of places to eat. Our room was really nice and had a fantastic view of the ocean. We got a connecting room to my parents which worked out great- Ainsley had lots of people to play with!

We did wedding stuff on and off for the first few days- I was fairly busy with it so Dan and Ainsley hit the beach with Grandpa and Uncle Dave. Ainsley loved it! She got a great sand bucket from Celene and had fun building sand castles.

We spent one day at a spa where we got manicures, pedicures, and a massage. What a treat! We ( the wedding party) had our own special relaxation room where they brought us champagne and fruit, then later some fancy desserts.

Most of our free time was spent at the beach with Ainsley and family. It worked out great for everyone because the family got lots of Ainsley time and Dan and I had a little break. The island was really beautiful, the water was clear and a perfect temperature.

Ainsley jumping in her puddle on a beach in Condado.

I got lazy and decided to leave the pictures at the top for you to browse through.
