2 month check up
Ainsley had her 2 month check up at her pediatricians today. She weighed 13.2 pounds and was 24 inches long. 2 feet long! Amazing! She is in the 97th percentile for both height and weight.
Ainsley got 3 shots-she had her legs restrained and they gave the injections in her thighs. She really cried hard but stopped when they released her legs. She seemed to be pretty normal all afternoon- no extra fussy or anything.
Today is Dan’s birthday, though we did not do anything too special today (I was worried about planning too much after Ainsley got her shots). Yesterday, we went to some friends’ for a birthday lunch. Dan’s parents watched Ainsley for us. After lunch, we ran some errands while we had the chance. We went to dinner at Dan’s parents house- my MIL mad Dan’s favorite shepherd’s pie and crème brulee (both at his request). Ainsley was very fun and happy before and after dinner as we sat outside to enjoy the gorgeous weather. It was a great Sunday.
Tonight, we all sat outside and enjoyed our nice backyard. We had a nice dinner and then watched the NCAA BBALL Final.

Boy, life is speeding by! I can't believe she is already two months old, treasure the month left of leave!
